Working closely with Vivian Trinh, we began this refresh by reimagining the UX and visual design – improving clarity and creating a more modular, scalable framework to support over 25 product hubs. This entire exercise was about balancing storytelling with functionality – distilling the complex, content-rich interface, while crafting a refined UI that communicates the product story in a clear and meaningful way.
Beyond the digital experience, we delivered a range of creative solutions—from infographics and social ad campaigns to internal system branding. Given that these assets are used internally, we carefully expanded the design system to align with its purpose—introducing a brighter colour palette and more expressive use of typography to create a warmer, more approachable visual identity.
