WHAT IT IS:
Equal Advantage is an Anomaly Toronto initiative and the latest extension of their commitment in the DE&I space. Started by a group of passionate BIPOC Anomaly employees, it has become a full-scale program that provides pro bono agency services to BIPOC-owned businesses. By offering the agency’s passion, rigour and creativity free of charge, Equal Advantage is on a mission to level the playing field for BIPOC entrepreneurs and help make the businesses in Toronto as diverse and well-represented as the city itself.
